The staples
The range includes a strong foundation of flours, rice, lentils, and pulses that form the backbone of many ethnic and fusion menus:
- Elephant Atta Medium Chapatti Flour and Elephant Atta Self Raising Flour for soft breads and versatile doughs
- East End Semolina (Fine & Coarse) for desserts, savoury snacks, and coatings
- Surya Select Basmati Rice and Salaam Long Grain Basmati Rice for aromatic, consistent results
- East End Yellow Moong Dal Lentils, Chana Dal Lentils, Moong Whole Beans, and Sara Chickpeas for curries, sides, and plant-based dishes
