Introducing our authentic Italian range

As the expectation for quality authentic food amongst consumers continues to grow, we’re proud to be expanding our offering with a selection of authentic Italian products.

From world-class cheeses to specialist charcuterie, gluten-free pasta to artisan flours, our new additions focus on genuine Italian flavour using products that fit into any kitchen.

This range has been introduced as part of the Next Generation Food Emporium launch in our Belfast depot.

Cheeses

The expanded cheese selection offers both iconic products and versatile kitchen staples. Our must-try Italian hard cheeses include F.illi Rossi Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano, perfect for classic pasta dishes such as carbonara and cacio e pepe.

Our soft and fresh cheeses also offer something for every menu and kitchen. From Gorgonzola to Taleggio to our Francia Buffalo Mozzarella ideal for everything from starters to sauces or as pizza toppings and sandwich fillings.

Charcuterie

Our cured meat range brings the craftsmanship of traditional Italian salumi to your menu. Try adding Angioletto Proscuitto Crudo, San Paolo Bresola, Guastalla Sliced Mortadella, Sliced Salami Milano and San Paolo Porchetta to your antipasti sharing boards for the perfect Italian twist.

Our range of meats also goes well in sandwiches and panini and traditional pasta dishes such as amatriciana and carbonara.

Our expanded pasta range is perfect for both traditional and experimental dishes in your menu and includes exciting gluten free options such as La Molisana Gluten Free Gnocchi and La Molisana Mezzi Rigatoni.

Our new pasta options are suitable for a range of sauces. Mezzi Rigatoni, available in both regular and gluten free (La Molisana Mezzi Rigatoni and Rummo Gluten Free Mezzi Rigatoni) are perfect for hearty baked pasta dishes.

We’ve also introduced both regular and vegan basil pesto from Magrini, perfect for both pasta dishes and sandwiches.

Pizza flour

We’ve selected a range of Italian flours, from Caputo ‘0’ Aria Flour to Agugiaro Flour ’00’ to Le 5 Stagioni Flour Spolverina to cover all your pizza and pasta making needs. ‘00’ flour is perfect for making strong doughs such as those used to make pizza and pasta. Our coarser flours such as Spolverina are typically used for dusting the pizza counter, ensuring pizza dough does not stick to it during the pizza making process.
