Delivery windows will be incorporated into the road closure plan to allow business deliveries to continue. Please check back for more information
How do deliveries work?
Orders from Foodservice and Retail accounts will be delivered via our Musgrave MarketPlace fleet of trucks and deliveries will be scheduled through the branch that you order with.
Can all products be delivered?
We do have a full delivery solution, which includes chilled or frozen products, for regular foodservice, retail and SME customers placing larger orders. The service is dependent on location.

How can I set up an online account?
To set up an online account please follow the instructions outlined on our become a customer page.
Alternatively, our customer support team will be able to help with any difficulties that you have setting up.
What’s your returns policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Returns need to be returned to the branch they were purchased from. Please call your local branch and we can book the return for collection. Your account will be reimbursed for the value of the item within 24 hours of us receiving the stock back.
Chill and frozen products cannot be returned after the point of delivery.
