Down Royal Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Competition entry is strictly over 18’s.
2. The promoter is MXB Belfast on behalf of Musgrave Group.
3. The Agency is MXB, 355 – 367 Lisburn Road, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 7EP.
4. MXB Agency will collect information on behalf of Musgrave Group for example, the winners name, address and mobile number for the purpose of competition management and prize winner management.
5. Musgrave Group is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for the promotion. The prize will be fulfilled by MXB.
6. The competition is open to residents of NI only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Musgrave MarketPlace or MXB their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
7. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the competition is free.
8. Only comments under the competition post will be accepted as entry.
9. The winner will be determined at random from all entries.
10. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes.
11. One winner will receive a pair of etickets to Down Royal, Festival of Racing, Saturday 30th October 2021.
12. Prize will be dispatched via email to the email address provided by the winner.
13. The competition will begin on the 28.10.21 and will close at 5pm 28.10.21. No exceptions.
14. The Winner will be notified in the comments on 28.10.21. Musgrave MarketPlace will never ask for your personal details as part of a public post or ask you to enter your details on an external site.
15. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond before 10am 29.10.21 to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
16. The Winner must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion without any further consent or payment.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
18. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
19. All winner details will be sent to a third party to enable delivery of the prize to be arranged.
