Bose Speaker Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Competition entry is strictly over 18’s.
2. The promoter is MXB Belfast on behalf of Musgrave Group.
3. The Agency is MXB, 355 – 367 Lisburn Road, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 7EP.
4. Musgrave Group is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for the promotion. The prize will be fulfilled by Musgrave Group.
5. The competition is open to residents of NI only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Musgrave MarketPlace or MXB their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
6. To qualify, entrants must purchase five or more cases of PepsiMax product at either Musgrave MarketPlace Lurgan, Pennyburn or Duncrue branches.
7. The winner will be determined at random from all entries.
8. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes.
9. One winner will receive a Bose Speaker.
10. The competition will begin on the 08.07.21 and will close on 18.07.21. No exceptions.
11. The Winner will be notified either via phone/email, using the customer details from their Musgrave MarketPlace account. Musgrave MarketPlace will never ask for your personal details as part of a public post or ask you to enter your details on an external site.
12. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
13. The Winner must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion without any further consent or payment.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
15. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
16. All winner details will be sent to a third party to enable delivery of the prize to be arranged.
